Geordie Shore star Aaron Chalmers tasted victory against Alexander Zeledon in his debut.
It took Chalmers the full four rounds to pick up a points win against journeyman Zeledon.
It is fair to say that Chalmers did not set the boxing world alight. However, with that being said, there may be plenty of fun matchups in the near future.
The former MMA fighter went 5-2 before leaving the sport back in 2020.
All five of his victories inside the ring came via finishes.

Chalmers grew into the bout as the fight went on. However, he did not really use his significant height and reach to his advantage.
The Englishman has been training with one of the great coaches in Adam Booth in his Redhill Gym alongside the likes of Michael Conlan, Kurt Walker, Josh Kelly and Shannon Courtenay.
Following the victory, Chalmers is eyeing up a future fight with rival Anthony Taylor. The dream is to then go on to fight either Tommy Fury or Jake Paul later down the line.
A win over MMA rival Taylor will present Chalmers with a crack at Paul.
Speaking on the fight, Chalmers said: “It’s only the first one, a lot to learn. Now I’ve changed my lifestyle from back then where I would do an eight-week camp and three weeks drinking.
“I’m 18 months without a drink and hopefully with Wasserman we’ve got an exciting next 18-months. I chose to do this, so I’ve just got to take it.”
Also on the card, Tyson Fury’s cousin Nathan Gorman put in a vicious display and defeated Thomas Salek in the first round.
Now, Gorman will be looking forward to another few fights heading into the back end of 2022.
Josh Kelly put his first professional career defeat behind him by beating Peter Kramer.
