Aljamain Sterling, the former UFC bantamweight champion, has recently become the first prominent fighter to publicly address the troubling accusations against his manager, Tiki Ghosn. The accusations, brought forward by UFC fighter Sean Strickland, involve claims of sexual misconduct.
Sterling, who is preparing for his next bout, is set to face unbeaten featherweight Movsar Evloev at UFC 307 this October. This fight marks Sterling’s return to the featherweight division following a standout performance against Calvin Kattar at UFC 300.
As Sterling gears up for this high-stakes fight, his manager is at the centre of controversy. Sean Strickland has made serious allegations against Ghosn, claiming that he has been involved in inappropriate behaviour. Strickland has reportedly been in contact with women connected to the accusations.

Ghosn, who is a well-known figure in the MMA world, manages several high-profile fighters including Sterling, Brian Ortega, and Dustin Poirier. With the news making waves online, Sterling has now addressed the situation publicly.
In a tweet, Sterling responded to the swirling rumors and allegations:
“I’m receiving a lot of messages on social media regarding my management,” Sterling wrote. “I can 100% confirm that I learned of the accusations this week. I don’t have all the information but this is not a reflection of me, in any form.”
Sterling Responds
Strickland has indicated that he might pursue legal action against Ghosn, potentially alongside the individuals making the allegations. As of now, it remains unclear whether Strickland will follow through with his legal threats.
Despite the turmoil surrounding his management, Sterling is focused on his upcoming fight against Evloev. A win at UFC 307 could propel him into title contention, putting him in a strong position for a potential title shot.
In the meantime, Strickland is also looking ahead to his own fight. He is expected to face the winner of the bout between Dricus du Plessis and Israel Adesanya for the UFC middleweight title. Strickland’s most recent victory was against Paulo Costa at UFC 302 in June.
