Anthony Pettis Fighting Championship hits UK soil for the first time since its birth this Friday for Anthony Pettis FC 8, live from the BEC Arena in Manchester, England.
Pettis and his team have officially gone global, entering the UK market, allowing the rising UK talent to gain an opportunity to showcase their skills on UFC Fight Pass. Since the promotion’s existence, they’ve been busy hosting events in Florida, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Virginia. Following their show this Friday, APFC will close out the year with Anthony Pettis FC 9: Milwaukee Fight Night 3 on Sunday, November 19th.
Headlining tonight’s fight card are Manchester Top Team’s Louis Lee Scott and Edgar Pigmeu. Also featuring on the card are some familiar UK names such as James Williams, Haider Khan, Callum Connor and the highly anticipated debut of Jack Axworthy.
