Bill Haney has been sending shots over social media at Oscar De La Hoya ahead of the return of Devin Haney to the squared circle.
Devin Haney’s father and manager have taken after his son by sending messages to Oscar De La Hoya over Instagram posts.
The ex-world champs manager has been very vocal in trying to create a buzz for his sons and Garcia’s potential rematch even trying to goad Garcia at the Ring Magazine Awards.
Bill has claimed he and son Devin are ready to run through all Golden Boy has to offer.
“We running through Golden Boy and anybody else that Turki Alalshikh put on the table”
Haney Sr then went on to say opponent Jose Ramirez “is getting beat up”.
“Jose Ramirez is getting beat up and ain’t nothing you can do about it, Oscar.”
The manager of Devin Haney has been very vocal in his dislike of Oscar De La Hoya calling him out on many occasions.
Bill Haney Gets Personal-
Bill didn’t stop there then coming after De La Hoya’s relationship with his father.
“That’s something @OscarDeLaHoya never had with his father, and it shows in how he treats his own kids.”
He went on to say his relationship with Devin was key to accomplishing undisputed honours.
“Oscar De La Hoya was never undisputed, something Devin and I accomplished together because we trusted each other. I’m the 2023 Manager of the Year because I believed in my son, and he believed in me.”
Bill then got even more personal coming for his legal relationship with his kids.
“Oscar kept the house but lost everything in it his kids, his trust, and his legacy as a father. He’s got three kids who won’t step foot in his house”
He ended with a strong message to Oscar De La Hoya.
“So, Oscar, before calling us crybaby bitches, remember your kids who are crying for their father For REAL.”
His son will take on Jose Ramirez in a Ring Magazine card and if both Devin and Ryan beat their opponents they will face on a card in September.
Bill Haney has been very welcoming of a rematch between the two after Garcias failed tests tainted the first bout.
He even went as far as to wait for Garcia outside of the Ring Magazine awards and accuse the American welterweight of ducking.
