Dana White Talks Bo Nickal’s Victory at DWCS

Dana White shot down a meeting with Khamzat for the time being, but if Nickal continues to erase his future opponents in the manner he has done so far, a showdown between these two wrestlers won’t be far off.

Andre Petroski
TUF alumnus Petroski is on a three win fight streak, all by way of stoppage. His most recent win was an impressive submission of Diaz disciple, Nick Maximov. Petroski is an accomplished wrestler himself, and is improving his striking with each passing fight.
Anthony Hernandez
“Fluffy” is riding his own three fight win streak, and his latest win over Marc-André Barriault at UFC Vegas 60 was one of the best of his career. Hernandez has a strong submission game, accentuated by a submission win over “The Black Belt Hunter”, Rodolfo Viera. The clash of his BJJ and Nickal’s wrestling would make for fascinating viewing for as long as it lasted.
Gerald Meerschaert
It seems a bit unfair to offer up Meerschaert to another killer middleweight prospect, but the fight makes too much sense. ‘GM3’ holds the division record for most submission victories, and almost always puts on a show, win or lose. In 50 professional bouts, Meerschaert has only gone to the judges on six occasions. He provides a stern test for Nickal, but GM3 won’t be afraid of ending up on the wrong side of a highlight package either.
