BOXXER’s one-night cruiserweight tournament has been announced for Saturday, May 14th. Eight of Britain’s hottest cruiserweight prospects will battle it out in a one-night tournament at Victoria Warehouse, Manchester.
The cruiserweights will go head to head in the BOXXER Series live on Sky Sports, the UK’s biggest sports platform. This announcement is welcoming news for young boxers as Sky Sports and BOXXER continues to invest in grass-roots boxing. BOXXER’s one-night lightweight tournament takes place this Saturday, April 16th. The announcement of the cruiserweight tournament shows their desire to keep investing in British boxing.
Lucrative prize money and career-defining opportunities await those taking part in BOXXER’s one-night cruiserweight tournament. This tournament is designed to showcase the best of British boxing’s talent. The fighters are putting their futures on the line to show who should progress to the next stage of their careers.

All BOXXER Series events feature an eight-man, one-night tournament. The night consists of four quarter-finals, two semi-finals and a grand final. Each bout will consist of 3×3 minute rounds.
The tournament winner will, of course, win the lucrative prize money. However, this is the chance to win over the fans and seize future career opportunities.
BOXXER Series events are planning to tour the UK visiting every major city. They are looking to showcase each region’s best boxing talent and find the next rising star.
