Brendan Loughnane strikes his way to the PFL championship final. Winning the unanimous decision, it was a tremendous fight which saw both men give their all.
Round one is excellent. Both men have their moments on both the feet and ground. Chris Wade lands a huge head kick that appears to hurt Brendan Loughnane. Brendan recovers well and seems to turn up the heat with tremendous strikes of his own.
Round two is as electric as the first. Brendan’s jab has really established itself now and it’s starting to land frequently. Everything is being set up by the jab. The best Loughnane we’ve seen this season. His hands are looking sharp. He ends the round in control of the fight.
Back out in the third, both men have tired due to the grilling lace of the fight. Chris has adjusted to feint the takedown. Brendan’s hands land again and wobble Chris. Brendan remains the better fighter through the last few minutes and secured the victory.
What a performance, what a fight. That was a showcase for both men and the division.

Next will be a Featherweight championship final against tonight’s winner of the semi-final one. Bubba Jenkins. With an impressive performance from Bubba Jenkins, this final is set to be a banger!
An extremely impressive three-round display from Brendan Loughnane. He will have to be at his absolute best again to beat Bubba.
