Who’s Fighting at Cage Warriors 142?
Despite there being no fights officially confirmed as of yet, there are several fighters confirmed to appear. Unsurprisingly, the card is set to feature a large batch of the Shore Mixed Martial Arts fighters.
Head coach, Richard Shore, suggested after the events of CWAW7 that: Oban Elliot, Scott Pedersen and Josh Reed would all return to action on August 13th. All three last appeared at CW138 in Colchester.
Elliot secured the first-round submission upon his return. Reed was defeated by Luke Shanks, and Pedersen came away with a draw.
Shore also stated that two more of his fighters would potentially both be making their pro debuts. Owain Williams and Stephanie Evans. Evans is 7-2 as an amateur and has been looking to turn professional for some time now.
Amateur Fights
With regards to the amateur bouts, we understand that there will be at least one championship fight. This is most likely to be Roan Crocker, the CWAW middleweight champion.
Other fighters who have confirmed to be fighting via their social media accounts are Ioan Thomas, Kane Darcy, Jordan Little and plenty more. This is sure to be another huge event for Cage Warriors, and you won’t want to miss it.
