August 20th will see Callum Mullen defend his Almighty FC featherweight championship against Azi Thomas. Recently announced, this match-up should have fans buzzing with excitement. Taking place at the Metrodome, Barnsley, mark this date in your calendars as something special is about to go down.
Callum Mullen
This fight will be Callum’s first defense of his featherweight title. The Welshman fights out of SBG Manchester. With a plethora of UK talents, Azi has the right training to provide the goods on the 20th of August. Looking to stop the undefeated fighter, Thomas will no doubt be looking to transfer the hype onto himself, so make sure you’re watching. It could be carnage.
The Fight
With an undefeated prospect and a hungry veteran, this fight creates an interesting dynamic. Neither man has seen the judges in a win, and both will be looking for the kill throughout. Both with plenty of skill, this fight will no doubt be MMA at its best with all facets of the sport on display. With a lot of hype, many eyes will be watching. Make sure yours are as well.
