Charlie Wilson Aims to Make BFC 5 Clash Look Like A Mismatch
“I know nothing about my opponent as it’s his MMA debut as well, however I have a significant height advantage so I’ll be using that to keep the fight at my range and I’ll be the one dictating the pace with my striking and wrestling.”
When asked about his strategy against his opponent, Chris Sugden, Wilson remained composed, acknowledging his lack of information about Sugden’s fighting style. Nonetheless, he plans to leverage his significant height advantage to control the pace of the fight, employing a blend of striking and wrestling to maintain dominance in the cage.
“I’m coming into that cage to make this look like a serious mismatch, I can’t see Chris bringing anything new to the table that I haven’t faced in the gym with all the high-level guys we have at AVT.”
With unwavering determination, Wilson predicts a decisive victory in his favor. Drawing from his extensive training experiences with top-tier athletes at AVT, he anticipates a seamless transition to the competitive arena, poised to showcase his skills and leave a lasting impression on fans and opponents alike.
