Conor McGregor has sparked speculation about his UFC return with a series of quickly-deleted social media posts.
The Irish fighter hasn’t competed since 2021, when he broke his leg and lost to Dustin Poirier in their trilogy. Although he recovered from the injury years ago, a broken toe prevented him from returning this summer at UFC 303.
Now McGregor appears to be back in training and has confirmed plans to return in 2025, naming Michael Chandler as his opponent, despite earlier claiming a February bout with Dan Hooker in October.
