Dana White Contender Series is back with week 8 this evening. This week will be headlined by two light heavyweights. These two will be looking to get the victory and a UFC contract. Diyar Nurgozhay is one half of the main event and holds a 9 wins 0 defeats record. His last fight came back in May 2024 at UAE Warriors 50 where he was able to get the first-round stoppage against Emiliano Sordi. In the 2nd half of this main event, it is Bartosz Szewczyk who will be looking for a contact of his own. Bartosz has a record of 8 wins 2 defeats and 1 draw and was able to clinch the FEN light heavyweight title last time he fought. This was when he was able to get a 3rd round body kick stoppage back in February 2024.
There is also a lot of other talent which will be featured this evening. This includes Torrez Finney who will be looking to get a contract on his 3rd attempt. Torrez Finney was able to get the stoppage last year however, was not awarded a contract and a decision victory earlier this season didn’t get him one either. Torrez will be looking to put on an impressive performance to make sure there is no doubts this time around.
