Dillon Danis got a disqualification during his fight versus Logan Paul but believes Paul was the one that should be disqualified.
Dillon Danis last fight was in 2019 in MMA. This past Saturday he went into a boxing ring and fought Logan Paul and what most people call an embarrassment to the sport. They fought in the co main of Misfits Boxing Prime Card. Danis got the disqualification at the end of round 6 after attempting a choke during a boxing fight.
Dillon Danis hasn’t been quiet since that loss. He kept taking shots online at Logan Paul and former UFC fighter Nate Diaz. Even alleging his next move was to fight in the UFC. He continued Monday on X, saying he will appeal the result to the athletic commission due to Paul multiple offences during and after the fight.
Dillon Danis Says Paul’s Security Guard at Fault
Dillon Danis comments was in response due to one of Logan Paul security guy ran into the ring before the round ended. However, Danis attempted a takedown, in a boxing fight. There are no other indications to what would be another reason for Danis to appeal the fight. It is also unclear if Danis will really appeal the result or to what he may be refereeing.
Neither fighter impressed during the six round fight but Paul, nevertheless, got the victory. Dillon Danis did more damage on X and at the pre fight press conference. He claims Logan Paul didn’t do any damage and he received more damage throwing a water bottle at Logan.
The world of combat sports ridiculed Danis for his lackluster performance, but his friend, and training partner Conor McGregor was impressed.
