As the countdown to his amateur MMA debut at Rise and Conquer on April 6th draws near, Ethan Fowler shares insights into his mindset and expectations for the upcoming fight in the Rainton Arena against Luke Hall. “The nerves are there, they have to be there, it shows that you’re ready to go in and want to give your best,” Fowler admits, acknowledging the natural anticipation that comes with stepping into the cage for the first time.
With high standards set for himself in all endeavors, Fowler approaches his debut with a focus on giving his best performance: “Yeah, I set my standards high in everything so that I can achieve the best in anything I do,” he affirms.

“Obviously I’m going to go for the win, but it’s for the experience all together,” he explains. “Either outcome I will have learnt from this fight. I would also be satisfied knowing I’ve shown my skills at the best of my ability.”
Facing off against Luke Hall, Fowler chooses not to dwell on his opponent’s past fights, recognizing that both fighters are entering the cage with a different rule set:
“No, I don’t bother looking into his previous fights, we’re both going in there with a different rule set,” he states.
