Tickets for GLORY COLLISION 5 are on sale right now from GLORYKickboxing.com. The event will take place June 17 2023.
Live from the Rotterdam Ahoy arena in the Netherlands and promises to be one of the biggest kickboxing events of the year.
GLORY Collision 5 Heavyweights go to War
Training partners Antonio Plazibat (22-4, 16 KO) and Tariq ‘Cookie’ Osaro (24-2-1, 12 KO) will go head-to-head to determine who will be crowned the interim-GLORY heavyweight champion in the main event.
Plazibat has emerged as one of the best heavyweights in the world today.
And has been chasing a chance of lifting GLORY gold ever since he burst into the promotion in 2019.
The Croatian fan favourite comes into this fight having won his past four fights all via knockout.
Osaro booked his spot opposite Plazibat thanks an incredible heavyweight tournament win at GLORY 85.
Where he stopped top heavyweights Jahfarr Wilnis and Murat Aygun both in devastating fashion.
The duo will now need to put their friendship aside for one night as they battle it out to see who will become the interim-GLORY heavyweight champion.
Middleweight Crown
On the same night, Donovan Wisse (18-1, 10 KO), the best middleweight on the planet today.
Puts his GLORY middleweight title on the line against the explosive Serkan Ozcaglayan (45-7, 36 KO).
Wisse has beaten the likes of Jason Wilnis, Yousri Belgaroui, Cesar Almeida, & Juri de Sousa, en route to take his place at the top of the division.
However, Ozcaglayan provides his most dangerous test to date having an incredible thirty-six knockout victories to his name.
Tank Sets Sights on Gold
Also announced for GLORY COLLISION 5, Donegi Abena (26-9, 7 KO) will make the first defense of his recently acquired GLORY light heavyweight title.
When he welcomes the challenge from number two ranked Tarik ‘The Tank’ Khbabez (48-10-1, 27 KO).
Fans can expect more major fights to be announced very soon for this mega night of kickboxing action as GLORY COLLISION 5 will be an event not to be missed.
