On the 4th of June, at KK’s Steel Mill, fans will be eagerly anticipating the start of GTFP 19! The fight promotion has announced fight after fight, padding the line-up with new and experienced MMA talent.
The Welterweight championship bout between Mikey Tranter and Chris Radcliffe is particularly exciting. Both fighters are appearing for the promotion for the third time. The two men are undefeated in the promotion. Only one man can leave, still undefeated and with the championship belt.

Going into the championship bout, there is little to divide the combatants. In the four bouts between them, fighting under GTFP’s banner, none have gone to a decision. The likelihood is that the victor of the Welterweight belt will be decided in an exciting, high-octane violent fashion.
Since entering the promotion, at 1-0, Mikey Tranter has collected two KO/TKO’s and remains undefeated at 3-0-0. Of his two finishes, one came in the first round, and the second arrived in the last 90 seconds of his most recent bout. He has fought three times in the last six months and is looking to tack on a fourth win and a belt to his record.
Chris Radcliffe holds a 4-2-0 record. The two losses on his record came at the beginning of his MMA journey, over five years ago, and against opponents who currently hold wins on the professional circuit. He took both fighters he lost against to decision. Following a baptism of fire, he turned it around, not losing a bout since early 2017. Chris has also kept judges out of it, finishing three of his four wins by KO/TKO and winning by RNC (rear-naked choke) in his last outing.
