In what many considered to be an inevitable outcome. Jon Jones has gone and done it in a way many didn’t think possible. Taking Ciryl Gane out and making it look easy the G.O.A.T conversation is starting to look out of the question.
Outside the cage, Jon has had his ups and downs, but once he steps into the cage he is a pure delight to watch.
Next for Jones, it appears the UFC are keen to make a fight with the consensus greatest heavyweight of all time Stipe Miocic. Many UFC officials touting the bout for international fight week in July. This seems the perfect next step.
For the heavyweight division, it brings Jones a whole new set of challengers. With a new look top ten coming to prominence in the years since Jon stepped away. Each and every fight will have a new rhetoric in the build-up.
