Newly crowned bantamweight champion Julianna Peña mocks Kayla Harrison for her UFC 307 performance.
Peña played down a fight with Harrison, instead focussing on a trilogy bout with Amanda Nunes.

Julianna Peña Mocks Kayla Harrison
It had been widely anticipated that if Julianna Peña and Kayla Harrison win their fights they would face off in the near future. With both fighters winning by split decision it seems unlikely they will face off next. Harrison was critical of her performance as she spoke in her octagon interview.
Speaking on the SiriusXM Peña said; “The girl (Kayla Harrison) wants to take time off because she even knows that she can’t make the weight and that she’s not a rightful 135er.”
“She’s too big. She obviously can’t even make the first fight, which is making it to the Octagon. She needs time off. That to me, is already a loss.”
“Secondly, there was nothing that I saw in her fight against Ketlen Vieira that was, ‘Oh, some world beater. Oh my gosh, I’m terrified. Kayla Harrison.’ Give me a break,”
“She went out to Salt Lake City there three weeks early and still gassed out. Kayla Harrison, get in line. I’ve got unfinished business to attend to. Harrison just came to the party. Amanda Nunes is the big fight, the money fight, the fight that people want to see.”

A third fight seems unlikely with Amanda Nunes for Julianna Peña. The pair have clashed twice already with both fighters winning one fight each. In the first fight, Peña shocked the world as she submitted Amanda Nunes to become champion. It was a huge shock considering how much of an underdog Pena was.
In the second fight, Peña was dropped several times as she lost the belt to a dominant display from Amanda Nunes. As a result of this, Nunes announced her retirement because of nerve damage to her legs. However, a third fight could convince the Brazilian to make one last walk into the Octagon to cement her legacy as the greatest female fighter in the UFC.
