Justin Burlinson tapped Daniel Skibinski in the welterweight main event of Cage Warriors 135. The Manchester event proved to be a dramatic one, with the main event the crowning moment.
The first round started well for the Polish fighter as he bloodied up the nose of Justin Burlinson, who remained ever active, pressing Skibinski the whole time. Skibinski came close to stopping the fight as he unrelentingly battered the UK fighter until Burlinson fired back with some body shots that made Skibinski reconsider his gung ho efforts.
In the second, cardio became a huge factor as Burlinson looked far fresher. He managed to remain active from this back as Skibinski landed a takedown. After a sloppy moment where Skibinski exposed his neck, Burlinson snatched it, grabbing a guillotine choke and getting the victory.
