UFC 300, slated to take place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 14, promises an electrifying second bout with the belt on the line. In this historic event, Justin Gaethje will go head-to-head against Max Holloway in a five-round lightweight contest.
Justin Gaethje (25-4), a former two-time UFC lightweight title challenger, is set to defend his symbolic “BMF” title. Gaethje, hailing from Tucson, Arizona, secured the title with a second-round head kick KO against Dustin Poirier last July in Salt Lake City. The 35-year-old fighter continued his winning streak in March 2023, claiming victory over Rafael Fiziev by majority decision in London.
On the opposing side, Max Holloway (25-7) is coming off a third-round KO win against “The Korean Zombie” Jung Chan-sung in Singapore last August. The 32-year-old former featherweight champion from Honolulu, Hawaii, earned a unanimous decision against Arnold Allen in April 2023 in Kansas City.

In a recent video announcement, UFC President Dana White revealed the addition of a rescheduled lightweight bout between Jim Miller (37-17, 1 NC) of Sparta Township, New Jersey, and Bobby Green (31-15-1, 1 NC) of San Bernardino, California.
Last week, the first championship bout for UFC 300 was disclosed, featuring a highly anticipated all-Chinese clash between two-time women’s strawweight champion Weili Zhang (24-3) and No. 2-ranked contender Yan Xiaonan (17-3, 1 NC). This bout will determine Zhang’s UFC women’s strawweight title.
As we eagerly await the official announcements for the main event and co-main event, the current UFC 300 lineup boasts an impressive array of matchups:
