Lewis Crocker Vs Paddy Donovan Undercard-
The undercard isn’t too bad either with a return to the ring for Craig “The Spider” Richards who links up with a new/old trainer, Tony Sims, to face off against Padraig McCrory who looks to bounce back in his hometown.
Richards returns with a new trainer after taking a loss to Willy Hutchinson under Shane Mcguigan. Richards has been out to the ring for just under a year now since the loss and will need a win here to return to greener pastures. He claims a return to the Matchroom gym will be key to his victory Saturday.
“I realise now what the Matchroom gym did for me. It was vital for me as a person and a fighter to be there preparing for fights. That’s why I decided to go back. It was more that I needed to than just wanted to.”
Padraig McCrory is on a return run after losing last year on away soil to Edgar Berlanga. McCrory took a chance on himself but came up short against the Puerto Rican but since has got back into the win column beating Leonardo Carrillo in November last year.
The remainder of the under card sees unbeaten Irish prospect Shauna Brown take on unbeaten Turkish Elif Nur Turhan.
Kurt Walker faces Leon Woodstock, Tommy McCarthy vs Steven Ward, Ruadhan Farrell vs Gerard Hughes.
Prospect Aaron Bownen returns to face up against Juan Cruz Cacheiro.
Jack O’Neil vs Mohammed Wako rounds out the full Belfast card.
