Scotland’s own Mark Ewen will make his return to action tonight in France at Ares FC 10 as he looks to extend his winning run. The former number one ranked amateur in all of the UK. He has taken to the professional ranks seamlessly.
Mark Ewen
Looking to gain his fourth straight win. His three previous ones have shown the levels Mark has to his game. All three of his victories have come via second-round finishes.
His first was a KO/TKO over Michael Blair. Second was also via KO/TKO, this time against fellow UK prospect Tom Mullen. Finally, was a sensational Anaconda Choke over Adrian Sanchez at EFC 95.
An exceptional talent, Mark Ewen is one of the hottest talents to come out of Scotland in recent years. Training out of Higher Level MMA. He is already surrounded by some top talents all ready to push Ewen to the max. One name of note is PFL 2022 Lightweight finalist Stevie Ray.
Khayrulla Khayrullaev
His opponent on the night will be France native Khayrulla Khayrullaev. Fighting in front of a home crowd the pressure could be on for Khayrulla. However at 4-1 as a professional, he’s seasoned enough to be unfazed.
Currently riding a two-fight winning streak. One that has seen him earn a first and fourth-round finish. The Frenchman is dangerous with all of his wins coming via KO or TKO.
Last time out he would defeat Dmitri Shuarnadze in the fourth round at Ultimax Fight Night 3. An interesting bout Khayrullaev looks to pull the upset on home soil and put his name into prospect contention.
