Scottish MMA sensation Mark Ewen earns another win via finish, this time via first-round TKO. An all-stand-up affair Mark Ewen looked slick on his way to victory using plenty of tools to get the job done.
His opponent Khairulla Khairullaev was looking to exchange with Ewen. Not all one-sided Khairulla had brief moments of success but overall Mark was too much for the France native.
The finish came due to a fantastic duo of right hooks that landed flush. Using it to great effect throughout the fight. He finally put two together back to back. The first wobbled his opponent, the second dropped him. Mark followed him to the mat and the referee stepped in.
What’s Next?
Taking out the 4-1 Khairulla Khairullaev in a highlight bout at Ares FC 10 on UFC Fight Pass. Mark has no doubt added some new fans with his performance in Paris.
This win takes Mark Ewen to 4-0 as a professional. A fantastic start to his career that saw him rank number one in the UK as an amateur. He’ll look to add to his already impressive resume next time out.
With another finish, making it three from four. Mark is proving just how high his ceiling is and that the hype is real. Ewen likes to fight often and is always in training. Expect to see him return to the cage soon on another globally recognised show.
Not rushing his ascent to the top, Ewen is happy to build his name and earn experience wherever the opportunity arises. If Mark continues to impress, expect to see the Scot in one of the premium MMA promotions in the near future.
Training out of Higher Level MMA, he is surrounded by some of Scotland’s top talents who compete at the top.
