Megan Morris represents British interest this weekend at OKTAGON 47, the European promotion brings a stacked card in Bratislava.
Megan recently signed with the organisation and will be making her debut tonight on the prelims of OKTAGON 47. Megan will be fighting fellow debutant Veronkia Smolka.
Megan has had a mixed start to her professional career, she’s currently 1-2. She’s coming off a decision loss at UK Fighting Championships. However, she does have an extensive amateur record where she went 8-3. The majority of her wins come by decision showing that she’s a grinder and can outwork opponents quite comprehensively. Can she bounce back and pick up a victory on her OKTAGON debut?
Her opponent Veronkia Smolka is also coming off a decision loss in the United Fight League in August. That loss takes her pro record to 2-2, as an amateur Veronika went 4-2. Contrary to Megan Veronika has a history of finishing fights and did so in emphatic fashion on the amateur scene.
