Now that he is in the UFC, he looks to make his mark on the division. Furthermore, he wants to create his legacy in the company.
The Career Of Mohammed Usman
Usman is the younger brother of the former welterweight champion Kamaru Usman. The younger Usman made his name by winning season 30 of the Ultimate Fighter. Usman has a professional record of 10-2 with six finishes. He has beaten Zac Pauga and Junior Tafa in his UFC career. He looks to build on his momentum to create his legacy inside a UFC octagon.
The Ultimate Fighter

“You’ve got to be one with your emotions, and instead of masking them, just embrace them,” Usman tells BBC Sport.
“These emotions inside are like a whirlwind, fueling me to compete. I embrace the emotions, flow with them and let them carry me to the finish line.”
Looking Forward
Now, looking forward to the next part of his career, Usman will rack up as many victories as possible. He talked about the importance of looking to the future in his interview.
“It’s something that happened in my life, and I’m not saying that I’m trying to put it behind me, but you get to a certain point where there are some things you don’t need to keep peeling the wound back,” Usman says.
“I don’t just want to keep opening up my scab, and I just want to let him [Nash] rest in peace.”
