Ireland’s “Magic” Myles Price returns to action a PFL 4 in a regular-season match-up. The Team Ryano MMA fighter looks to make up some lost ground in the tournament following a loss to former UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis.
Myles Price to Keep Million Dollar Dream Alive
Jeremy Stephens himself is in a bad vein of form. A loss to Clay Collard in his PFL debut made it six in a row for the American. Even with that being the case, Stephens is a very dangerous opponent. For any man. With brutal stopping power that ended the nights of Josh Emmett and Rafael Dos Anjos, Price will have to be alert.
The card takes place on Friday, June 17th and features the likes of the aforementioned Clay Collard taking on Alex Martinez. The winner of that fight is guaranteed at least joint first place heading into the third round of fights. Only four fighters in each weight class make it through to the play-offs and the chance at the one million dollar prize.
Myles price has caused upsets before. Back in 2019, he took a split decision victory over the popular Peter Queally. Not many gave him a chance in that one, apart from himself. He will need to do the same in this one in order to keep the million-dollar dream alive.
The PFL recently signed a deal with Channel 4 to broadcast to the UK, which means all the action will be free for the UK fans. With an almost guaranteed barnburner, I’m sure many will be tuning in to support “Magic”.
