A fighter under the Cage Warriors banner for the better part of 4 years, Matthew “The Beast” Bonner takes on former GLORY Kickboxing fighter, Cihad Akipa. The former Cage Warriors Champion takes on a German fan favourite in OKTAGON 49’s main card opener. Looking to set the tone for the main card, the matchmakers couldn’t have done a better job with this one.
Bonner is looking to make it 2 in a row and start his OKTAGON career off with a win. Training at Next Generation MMA Liverpool with standout British talent like Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett, Molly McCann and Luke Riley, there is no doubt “The Beast” will be well prepared coming into this one.
