Paddy Pimblett has claimed that a possible new UFC deal will be in the region of “six figures.”
Former Cage Warriors champion Pimblett was last seen in action at UFC London last month.
On that night, The Englishman secured a first-round submission win over Kazula Vargas at The O2 Arena.
Currently 2-0 with the promotion, ‘The Baddy’ impressed on his UFC debut, defeating Luigi Vendramini via first-round knockout.
Despite impressing inside the cage so far, fans have been shocked at how much Pimblett earned in his recent bout.
Paddy denied claims that he earned over $100,000 following his win over Vargas.
Instead, Pimblett confirmed that he received $12,000 to show and $12,000 for the win.
Fortunately, the Liverpool native picked up a $50,000 bonus for his submission win over the Mexican.
Fans across the MMA community have since campaigned for ‘The Baddy’ to receive higher compensation from the UFC.
Many have also questioned his manager Graham Boylan for allowing Pimblett to fight for such a low reward.
