Paddy The Baddy vs Logan Paul? Logan is making headlines again this week after stating he would be open to a UFC fight with Paddy Pimblett.
Last weekend, Logan Paul made a surprise appearance at WWE WrestleMania 38, and his performance didn’t disappoint. Whilst showing his hand in WWE, Logan has also had boxing bouts in the past with fellow YouTuber KSI. After his boxing bouts with KSI, Logan landed a mega exhibition fight with arguably the greatest boxer of all time, Floyd Mayweather Jr.
Now Logan has competed in boxing and WWE. He is interested in the thought of having a UFC bout.
Paddy The Baddy vs Logan Paul
Yesterday, Logan joined Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour, where he was asked about the potential of a UFC fight. Logan said:
“It’s crazy, the difference between a boxing event and a wrestling event, so I don’t know bro. But I found out who I’d like to fight if I did a UFC match: Paddy The Baddy!”
Paddy The Baddy vs Logan Paul would certainly break the internet with the build-up alone. Logan believes Paddy has made waves since signing with the UFC and would be the perfect dance partner. Paddy Pimblett, former Cage Warriors world champion, is no doubt on the verge of stardom in the MMA world. Logan had some flattering words to say about Paddy The Baddy:
“They’re saying he’s possibly the next Conor McGregor, right? He’s super charismatic, he’s entertaining as hell, he’s on the come up, he’s young like me, he’s got a real loudmouth. I just like the way he can perform.”
“[Dana White] asked me who I’d want to fight and I didn’t have anyone in mind, and now I’m looking at it and I’m like, okay if I were to do a UFC fight, it needs to be with someone who can sell tickets.”
“Paddy can sell, we’ve seen how he can activate crowds, and he’s still relatively new, he’s young, he’s entertaining. I just think the fans would eat that s*** up!”
Paddy responded to Logan’s call-out on Twitter:
Everyone wants a piece of The Baddy, but realistically who do you think will be next for Pimblett?
