PFL Europe comes to it’s conclusion this Friday night, at the top of this stacked card is Irish standout Nate Kelly v Dimitry Solimeis
Nate Kelly tops the card in a huge opportunity for the Irishman. He’s coming off a win in the PFL main tournament, he secured a unanimous decision win against Damion Nelson. With a win in this fight Nate is looking to propel himself into contention for the main tournament next year. Kelly has been on a tear of late, racking up 8 wins in a row, including a win over highly rated Shem Rock.
His opponent Dimitry Solimeis is coming off a less and enters this fight with a 6-3. In this fight he’s looking to get his career back on track with a win over Nate and an opportunity in the PFL.

Round 1: Both fighters start well looking to land their punches on each other and control the centre of the cage. Nate secures a great takedown against the fence and holds top position to control Solmeis. Dimitry forces the fight back to the feet and in an over-under position against the fence, Kelly manages to get the fight back to the ground where he takes top position again. With an incredibly slick transition Kelly takes the back and taps out Solimeis.
Result: Nate Kelly wins by first-round submission (4:50)
