Rinya Nakamura makes quick work in the octagon to earn his UFC contract with a 33-second KO over Toshiomi Kazama at UFC Vegas 68.
The final of the Bantamweight Road to UFC tournament was fun while it lasted. Each man stormed the centre of the cage and planned to end the night early. Throwing bomb after bomb and both men landed within the first 10 seconds.
The pace and pressure didn’t let up for either fighter as they continued to swing punches and kicks the front row might have felt. Nakamura secured a flash knockdown just 14 seconds after the opening bell.
He continued to attack and after 30 seconds he landed a beautiful left hand that dropped Kazama stiff. He followed him to the mat just to confirm the victory and the ref jumped in.
