“Fight camp couldn’t have gone any more perfect, to be honest with you. I feel like I’ve had quite a lot of time to prepare and couldn’t be any more ready than I am,” shares Wall, expressing confidence in his preparation for the upcoming challenge this Saturday.
In preparation for his fight against Joel Basnett, Wall has been focusing on specific aspects of his opponent’s fighting style:
“As my opponent is a southpaw, we’ve taken that into the drills and sequences on the pads. I’m excited to showcase my skills against a southpaw,” he says, highlighting his strategic approach to training.

“I’m always happy to come out with a win, but I’m always looking for that finish,” he states, revealing his competitive spirit.

“I’ve made plenty of improvements. I feel like I’m a lot sharper everywhere than I was in my last fight due to working harder, putting in more rounds, and making a few adjustments to my game,” he explains, highlighting his dedication to continuous improvement.
Assessing his opponent’s game and fight style, Wall acknowledges Joel Basnett’s experience but remains confident in his own abilities:
“Joel’s a game and more experienced fighter than me. He’s shown he can finish a fight anywhere, but that just makes me more excited to show my skills and prove that I am better,” he says, displaying his determination to succeed.
