Shane Burgos had just made a huge announcement on Ariel Helwani’s MMA Hour. The former top 15 UFC Featherweight has announced he has signed with PFL. He will compete in their 2023 Featherweight bracket.
15-3 as a professional Shane Burgos is one of the most exciting fighters to watch. Never in a boring fight, he holds five KO/TKO’s as well as five submissions. He is currently riding a two-fight win streak with two back-to-back barnburners.
Leaving the UFC at 8-3 he will be a loss for the company. However, he’ll enter the PFL as a massive gain. With the Featherweight playoffs going down this Saturday he’ll join an already stacked division.
With the likes of Brendan Loughnane, Chris Wade and Bubba Jenkins already, Shane is one hell of a coup.
How does he get on in PFL?
