UFC Paris starts with a finish. Stephanie Egger remained patient on the back and sinks in the choke with seconds left on the clock in round two.
After a first-round where both women had moments, it was clear they each wanted to impose their grappling. Egger had the better of it in the first but it wasn’t one-way traffic.
In the second the story was similar. However, a clear advantage was starting to form on the side of Stephanie Egger. Who stayed calm and with six seconds remaining got the back and the rear naked choke.

Now 8-3 as a pro she bounces back after her last performance. That is now her third win inside the octagon and she’ll look to build on it.
An elite fighter when it comes to judo, adding submissions to her game will make her a dangerous proposition for the Bantamweight division.
