The UFC has decided to ban their athletes from betting on fights within the company as per their new policy.
Ariel Helwani was the first to report the adjustment in their fighter athlete conduct policy, which states fighters are no longer allowed to bet on the action regardless if they’re involved or not.

“UFC fighters are now prohibited from gambling on any UFC fight, regardless of if they are involved or not. They can still be sponsored just not allowed to bet at all,” Helwani tweeted.
This will most definitely affect many fighters on the roster who have been sharing their bet slips and claiming it as a second source of income.
