Not panicking and continuously getting back to his feet, before finally working himself into top position and landing some heavy elbows to close out the round.
Round 2 – The second round starts with the pair trading blows but only for a brief moment. It’s Muniz who shoots again and after a couple of fun scrambles, Muniz takes the back and Park just cannot seem to get free. He’s defending well but Muniz is in complete control, despite not causing any real damage. We head into the final round.
Round 3 – As the third round begins, the pair embrace. There’s clearly a mutual respect there. Park lands a couple of nice right hands but Muniz shoots again and successfully gets Park to the canvas. Now, Park is in an all too familiar position, with Muniz controlling from the back. Muniz has the body triangle locked on but Park escapes as Muniz looks for the rear-naked choke. Park lands a couple of shots but Muniz ties him up and gets a sweep. Park again breaks free and ends up in Muniz’ guard. Park trying to throw some ground and pound but he is exhausted. We go to the cards.
