This weekend the leading combat sports promotion hosts another event at the UFC Apex for Krylov vs Spann. This time headlined by two light-heavyweight contenders. No.6 light heavyweight Nikita Krylov takes on the surging prospect in no.8 ranked Ryan Spann in a 5-round main event to decide who will get a shot at a top five contender.
Kyrlov is coming off a decision win over Volkan Oezdemir at UFC 280 last October. Before that, he knocked out Alexander Gustafsson at UFC London in July. Spann is predicted to be one of the next best in the division, just knocking out former title contender Dominick Reyes after submitting Ion Cutelaba back in May of last year.
