The Fighters Words So Far
Anthony Joshua has stated that he has ambitions to become a three time world heavyweight champion, as he looks to rebuild his career with a victory on Saturday night. The British heavyweight will have a potential fight lined up with the ‘Bronze Bomber’ Deontay Wilder if they both pick up victories on the weekend, but AJ also has sights set on a huge domestic clash with champion Tyson Fury, stating “if Francis Ngannou can drop Tyson Fury, imagine what id do!”
His opponent Otto Wallin is looking to disrupt those plans and plant himself in the title picture this weekend, looking to pull off the upset against the two time heavyweight champion. The Swede is confident of winning on Saturday, and with AJ linking back up with trainer Ben Davidson, Wallin stated “I don’t think he’s gotten better since he changed trainers.”
Wilder has stated he will bring excitement to the card, and will be looking to land his famous right hand that has helped him pick up 42KO victories in his career. His opponent Joseph Parker will be looking to pick up the biggest victory of his career, and give himself a possible opportunity at a title fight in the future.
