These two women went out there and gave it all in their UFC debuts. After round two they had UFC president Dana White on his feet. Yazmin Jauregui and Iasmin Lucindo went to war.
Swinging big throughout the fight, both landed big shots. A war from start to finish each had moments and shared the cage well. For two debutants this was one hell of a fight.
It was who won on the scorecards. Neither loses stock, but for Yazmin, she edges the strikes with her leg kicks. As well as being more sensible in defence.
Regardless of the result, each will be in the UFC for a long time to come. At 20, and 23 respectively this fight showcases the future of the Strawweight division.
What’s Next
Still undefeated and moving to 9-0. At 23-years-old she has a bunch of potential. A great performance letting the 115 lbs division know she is here to stay.
Going the distance for the third time. She has won six of her fights via KO/TKO. The deepest of all the women’s weight classes, there are plenty of fights for her next up. An entertainer whatever is next tune in.
